about me

I’m an artist and generally creative human living in San Francisco, working in design, photography, painting, and writing. With roots in editorial art direction and experience in brand and digital work, I approach each project as an opportunity to inspire, educate, and communicate with clarity.
My background spans editorial design, content strategy, and brand development — from art directing a national lifestyle magazine, to shaping content for international audiences, to building identity and experiences for in-person and digital communities. I’ve worked across both print and digital, often moving between the roles of designer, art director, writer, and editor.
At heart, I’m a collaborative, narrative-driven creator who cares about working with thoughtful teams, building things that last, and contributing not just execution, but perspective. I do my best work alongside people who are curious, communicative, and committed to creating something meaningful.
Outside of client work, I maintain an active art practice and share writing about creativity and process on my blog, LinkedIn, and Substack. Lately, my art has taken the form of small daily collages — which has become an unexpected exploration of simplicity, rhythm, and evolution over time. I’m drawn to the mystery at the heart of creation.
I love taking walks in my magical city, my sweet dog Addie, reading, and moving through life with curiosity and intention.
