When I was in elementary school, I thought I'd be a writer when I grew up. When I actually grew up, I became a graphic designer and visual artist. But I've been lucky enough that my career has woven together my love of both words and images — first as an editor and editorial designer, and more recently as a content strategist and creator.

StudyUSA.com
Our team completely overhauled StudyUSA.com in 2021. I designed the new site and wrote all of the copy for it. (Click the image to be taken to the full site.) |
StudyintheUSAGlobal.com
Study in the USA created its first client-facing site in 2019. I designed it and grew it each year — by adding client testimonial videos, case studies, a blog, a news section, and creating a home for the Study in the USA podcast. (This site is no longer live, however, you can click the image to be taken to its last iteration via the Wayback Machine.) |
Magazines
For much of my career I've been a magazine art director. The two magazines I was with for the longest are Study in the USA (9 annual editions in 5 languages) and VegNews. Other titles I worked on over the years include Good Housekeeping, Seattle magazine, and Yoga Journal. (The short videos provide a small sample of my work for each publication.) |

Camp GLP
Jonathan Fields (Good Life Project) created a summer camp experience for entrepreneurs and creative folks that took place every summer for 5 years. I created the camp's branding in addition to notebooks, folders, camp badges, and campers' tote bags and t-shirts, and more. (The short video shows a small sample of my work for these events.) |
